National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Family Agility, via parent company Body Agility, is a best practice, nationally registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider of therapeutic supports and Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) supports​ (for children under nine years of age).

 

If you are a NDIS Participant you can use Family Agility to deliver your physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology & counselling, play therapy, exercise physiologyhydrotherapy and therapy assistants - at your home / school / daycare facility, hospital, etc, right across Perth - or at one of our many locations or at a hydropool near you. We can also provide our services via Telehealth - anywhere across Australia! 

As a nationally registered NDIS provider, Body Agility ​was awarded best practice* provider status in both our 2022 and 2024 NDIS provider certification audits. How We Can Support You

Mobile Services (home / school / daycare facility, hospital, etc):

We provide mobile services / 'home & school visits' for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, play therapy, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy and therapy assistants right across the broader Perth region. Travel charges apply.

Clinics or 24 / 7 Gyms (with private consultation rooms):

We have many locations across Perth, where we deliver our services. Please refer to 'Our Locations' page for details. 

Hydropools:

We can provide hydrotherapy at any hydropool or regular pool across Perth. Restrictions may apply depending on Participant mobility, ie: requirement for hoists, ramps, etc. We have researched hydropools across Perth and can make recommendations to suit your needs.

Telehealth (Video Consultations):

Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology and therapy assistance can be delivered via your computer through our easy, safe and secure video consultation (telehealth) system.

Early Childhood Partners, Parents, NDIS Participants & Support Coordinators

  • We are registered for Early Childhood Early Interventions (ie: children under 7 years old)!

  • If your child is part of the ECEI program or has NDIS funding, we can provide mobile services (home / school / daycare facility, etc) right across the broader Perth region, or you can come to one of our locations.

  • We have no wait times (except for Psychology) due to our unique operating model.

Our NDIS Participant referral process is super quick and easy.
Please provide the following information and we will be in touch within 48 hours (business days).

*Excerpt from Body Agility NDIS Certification Audit Final Report conducted January 2022: "The Induction Program of Body Agility is of the highest possible calibre and is recommended as a best practice model." Best Practice rating of 3 was awarded for Governance & Operational Management: Orientation & Induction Process. The audit rating 3 for Best Practice is defined as: "The NDIS Provider can clearly demonstrate conformity with best practice against the criteria. Best practice is demonstrated through innovative, responsive service delivery, underpinned by the principles of continuous improvement of the systems, processes and associated with the outcomes." Body Agility also achieved an audit rating of 2 (standards conformity), with 'nil non-conformance' and 'nil opportunities for improvement' across all other areas.
