How are We Different?
We invest in professional development (we offer $2,000 per annum personal CPD budget for full time employees, which is double the industry standard CPD budget generally offered) and reward our people for outstanding work, loyalty and commitment. We also have fun together - each week we have hang out time, and each quarter the whole company takes the afternoon to do a CPD session (topic voted on by staff) and a fun social activity (also voted on by staff).
