Family Agility Welcomes Your Feedback
In line with our focus on person-centred care, everyone’s feedback is welcomed at Family Agility. We see feedback as a crucial and important way to continually improve our service delivery and to ensure that it is always exceptional! But we are human too, so if we don’t meet your expectations, we want to know about it, so that we can make it better.
We welcome feedback from Patients, Participants, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, family members, Support Workers; Family Agility staff and other Providers.
Multiple channels are available for the provision of feedback or to make a complaint. This includes conversations with Therapists, phone calls, emails, our website or via third parties, ie: the NDIA. If you have a Service Agreement with Family Agility, additional information is contained within this document.
